One world. Two cities. A dwindling supply of water.
Inside Grandville, privileged residents live beside a lake beneath an artificial microclimate. Beyond its walls lies Victorsville, a crowded city surrounded by desert.
As Arthur returns to his castle with a rationed water tank, Eleonora receives another warning: no purified water for the next four days. Across two very different lives, the same crisis is drawing closer.
PAS D’EAU is an AI-assisted dystopian sci-fi short exploring water scarcity, inequality and dependence on technology. This first episode introduces a world where comfort depends on which side of the wall you call home.

J. Sebastian is a painter, writer, director, producer, and actor based in Los Angeles, born in 1998 in San Sebastián, Spain. Having lived in Switzerland, Italy, Mexico and USA, his multicultural background informs a creative practice shaped by diverse perspectives and a curiosity about identity, storytelling, and the human experience.
After filming his first short at the Los Angeles Performing Arts Conservatory, Sebastian began building a multidisciplinary career across film and the visual arts. His work explores the intersection of emotion, imagination, spirituality, and technology, with a particular fascination for the relationship between the ancient and the future.
In his painting practice, Sebastian explores biomorphic abstraction, creating organic forms that give physical presence to thoughts and emotions. Coming from a family closely connected to medicine and science—fields he never felt personally drawn to—their influence has instead resurfaced instinctively in his art. Cellular structures, anatomy, mutation, and organic systems become a visual language through which he explores consciousness and the evolving relationship between the biological and technological.
